Return & Refund Policy

SOLID STATE COVERS Return & Refund Policy:

SOLID STATE COVERS will refund the full purchase price of the mask(s) minus the shipping charges provided that the mask(s) are in like new condition and notification is received within 10 business days.

Return Process:

Please email SOLID STATE COVERS at info@solidstatecovers.com to express your intention to return your order along with your invoice number if available, the model and number of masks you are intending to return, the reason for the return and the invoice number if available. You will then receive an email with merchandise return instructions. All refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be made to the Paypal account, Google Checkout account or to the credit card used to pay for the item. If your purchase was made via mail order you may send correspondence with all of the previously mentioned information to the address listed below. A refund check, again if applicable, will be issued within 10-14 business days of receipt of merchandise.
